Job Description

Depending on the temporary assignments offered to you with our various clients, you will join the kitchen brigade and, under the orders of the chefs de cuisine, participate in the mise en place as well as the preparation of dishes served in the "à la carte" restaurant or for the catering and event part, in production kitchen. You will primarily use and transform fresh and quality products which you will enhance according to the standards and recipes of the establishment. Depending on the proposed missions, you may be required to perform "live cooking" performances in front of guests.

Profile sought
-----------------

Having benefited from a recognized training as a cook, you possess at least three years of experience with high-standing hotel establishments or in gastronomic/bistronomic type catering. It is important to you to prepare quality dishes. Your sense of detail and your taste for innovation make you a collaborator who can truly bring an advantage to our various clients.
