What you can look forward to:

• You bear the professional responsibility for the diet and special food of our patients, from planning to implementation.
• You are the interface to nutritional counseling and nursing regarding individual diet types, allergies and intolerances.
• You work as a full member of the kitchen team on all stations, including the à la carte restaurant and smaller events.
• You ensure HACCP and allergen management in the dietary area and help develop the processes.
• You help shape the training of our apprentices Koch/Köchin EFZ and pass on your knowledge to apprentices and nursing.

What we look forward to:

• Koch/Köchin EFZ with federal diploma Diätkoch/Diätköchin or in training for it; we will support you in completing it.
• Experience with diet and special food, ideally in the hospital, rehab or care home sector.
• Exact, independent way of working and a good sense for the needs of patients.
• Joy in teamwork, creative cooking and conveying knowledge.
• Openness to digital working tools (menu entry, ordering system) and willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational basis.
