Your main tasks will be the mise en place, preparation, and creation of the daily specials. In close collaboration with management, you will execute the tasks assigned to you with speed and professionalism. You will be able to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen as a whole in compliance with current HACCP procedures and standards.

Delivery to other points of sale

You possess a CFC in cooking AND confirmed experience of at least 5 years as a responsible cook in Switzerland. You are capable of holding a position within a kitchen autonomously and integrating with new people. Of calm and composed character, you are dynamic, organized, and have easy interpersonal skills. You consider your profession a passion. You have good resistance to stress. Knowledge of collective catering is also required. Driver's license mandatory (delivery in a van), you must express yourself correctly in French (B2 minimum).
