Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for a smooth service process
• Leading the service team
• Duty scheduling of employees and monitoring of hours using Mirus
• Daily work assignment
• Conducting daily service meetings
• Training and further education of service employees
• Training and supervision of service apprentices
• Compliance with legal regulations in gastronomy
• Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations
• Looking after guests, especially regular guests and their special requests
• Ordering F&B items in cooperation with the Küchen Chef
• Planning and implementation of the beverage selection (in consultation with the management)
• Creating the inventory (beverages)
• Coordination of the seminar and banquet rooms in cooperation with the reception
• Performing catering in the Stadtsaal

You bring with you:

• Completed training in gastronomy or an equivalent diploma
• Several years of experience in the à la carte and banquet sector
• Trainer for restaurant specialists
• Business fluent German in spoken and written form
• Commute max. 45 minutes (there is no possibility for staff accommodation)
