In close collaboration with the head chef and the sous-chefs, you autonomously ensure the management of your production station and actively participate in the preparation of meals intended for patients, doctors as well as dining areas dedicated to private clientele. You ensure compliance with recipes, presentation standards and the nutritional requirements specific to a prestige establishment. You rigorously apply hygiene and food safety standards, participate in the proper organization of the kitchen and contribute daily to maintaining a recognized level of excellence.

Profile sought

Having a CFC as a cook or an equivalent training, you have proven experience as a Chef de Partie within a high-end establishment, a 4 or 5-star hotel, a gastronomic restaurant or a high-standing private clinic. Organized, rigorous and endowed with an excellent team spirit, you enjoy structured environments where quality takes precedence over quantity.
