Chef de Rang - Catering

We are looking for a

Chef de Rang to join our team at Gueuleton Vevey.

Main missions:

• Welcome, seat, and advise customers with the sense of service that makes the establishment's reputation.
• Ensure order-taking and table service, in compliance with the quality and conviviality standards of Gueuleton.
• Ensure the smooth running of service at their station, in coordination with the kitchen and the entire dining room team.
• Collect payments from customers and ensure the management of cash operations.
• Participate in the mise en place, table setting, as well as the tidying of the dining room before and after service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Profile sought:

• Proven experience in restaurant service.
• Excellent sense of welcome and interpersonal skills, with a true team spirit.
• Rigor, dynamism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good level of French, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of hygiene standards, indispensable for the position.
