Server, Head of Service

In close collaboration with the Chef de cuisine, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the service and the organization of the dining room. You will ensure that our clientele receives a warm welcome and professional service. Your missions will include coordinating the floor team, setting up the restaurant, taking orders, service, and billing. You will also actively participate in the service and ensure the maintenance of a welcoming and tidy environment.

Good knowledge in the field of wines, allowing you to advise our clientele, would be a real asset.
