The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our establishment offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four elegant restaurants - including the gastronomic highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars by Marco Campanella - as well as an impressive 5,000 m² mountain spa, designed by Mario Botta.

Completed professional training

Professional experience in 5* hospitality is an asset

Strong service spirit

Replacement of the executive chef in his absence

Placing orders, designing cards, writing menus

Creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all guests

Ensuring high-quality service for guests

Training the Junior Sous Chef, the Chef de partie, the Demi-chef de partie, the Commis de Partie, the apprentices and the interns
