As Head Chef and at the head of a brigade of experienced professionals, your mission will be to propose a refined and tasty culinary offer, combining authenticity, generosity and modernity, intended for a demanding clientele. As the true guarantor of the establishment's culinary identity, you will supervise all activities of the hotel's main restaurant, also including room service as well as events and banquets. You will know how to organize, structure and dynamize kitchen operations by instilling a culture oriented towards quality, rigor and excellence. In close collaboration with management, you will ensure that you unite your teams, optimize production processes and ensure rigorous management of purchases, stocks and costs. As a proactive proposer, you will actively participate in the evolution of the culinary offer by bringing your creativity and new ideas, while preserving the identity, the must-haves and the vision of the establishment, in compliance with the defined budgetary objectives.

Profile sought

With the benefit of solid initial training in cooking, you have proven experience as a Head Chef within a high-standing hotel establishment or a recognized catering structure. You have an excellent mastery of high-quality traditional catering as well as significant experience in the organization and production of banquets. A field professional, autonomous and versatile, you are recognized for your sense of responsibility, your rigor and your management qualities. A natural and unifying leader, you know how to mobilize your collaborators around common objectives while fostering a positive and constructive working climate. Your creativity, your pragmatism and your keen sense of organization allow you to combine operational excellence, customer satisfaction and cost control.
