Personal, stylish advice to our guests regarding wine selection in all restaurants and bars
Development and maintenance of wine lists in close coordination with the F&B team
Active management of the wine cellar
Conducting training sessions and tastings for employees
Planning and implementation of wine tastings, themed evenings and events
Ensuring optimal wine service and professional storage
Close cooperation with service teams to implement harmonious pairings
What you bring with you - Your recipe for success
Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management as well as sommelier certification (WSET, ASI, or similar)
Several years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment
Passion for wine, sound knowledge of international growing regions and current market trends
Very good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
A well-groomed, confident appearance, sales competence and joy in guest contact
Independent way of working, organizational talent and ability to work in a team
