Your task

• Leading the kitchen team
• Optimal purchasing and inventory
• Adherence to the budget framework for kitchen yield and personnel costs
• Calculation of the menu plan
• Development of seasonal dishes
• Adherence to and guaranteeing of HACCP guidelines
• Recruitment of new team members

Your profile

• Basic training as a cook: EFZ or equivalent experience
