Job description ######

Area of responsibility: Preparation, production and portioning of hot and cold dishes according to specified recipes and production plans Professional processing and provision of food in compliance with quality standards Ensuring an efficient and timely production process Control of product quality as well as proper storage of food Compliance and implementation of hygiene, safety and HACCP guidelines Cleaning and maintenance of work equipment, production areas and kitchen infrastructure Support the team with general production and preparation work Requirements: Completed training as a Cook EFZ or comparable qualification Professional experience in a production kitchen, communal catering or system gastronomy is an advantage Independent, reliable and structured way of working High resilience as well as efficient working even in hectic situations Strong sense of quality and hygiene teamwork and flexibility regarding working hours Working environment: You work in a professional production kitchen and are responsible for the timely production of dishes in consistently high quality. The focus is on efficient processes, cleanliness and compliance with all applicable hygiene regulations.
