What you will achieve with us

• As Night Concierge, you are the central point of contact for our guests during the night and stand by them competently and discretely with all questions, concerns, and wishes.
• With expertise, commitment, and a strong service awareness, you look after and advise our guests during the night hours and ensure personal and professional care.
• Internal and external guest wishes are professionally organized and reliably implemented by you.
• Through individual recommendations for restaurants, activities, transfers, and other offers, you create an extraordinary guest experience even during the night.
• You coordinate reservations within the house and with external partners efficiently and in a service-oriented manner.
• You ensure that our guests experience excellent and personal service during their stay.
• In close cooperation with the Night Team as well as all relevant departments, you ensure smooth operations and a professional handover to the day team.
• The Loge area is your responsibility, as well as the leadership and motivation of employees such as Voituriers, Doormen, Bellmen, and Drivers.
• You receive feedback and concerns professionally and ensure timely and sustainable solutions - always in the interest of the highest guest satisfaction.
• Through your proactive communication, discretion, and attentive demeanor, you contribute decisively to a pleasant and safe atmosphere during the night.

What you bring with you

• A completed training as a Hotel Management Assistant or at a hotel management school forms the basis of your professional career.
• Several years of experience as a Concierge, ideally as a Night Concierge in luxury hospitality, ensures your confident and professional appearance in guest contact.
• You inspire through excellent communication skills, a confident and professional appearance, and strong customer orientation.
• Very good language skills in German, English, and Italian - both spoken and written - are a matter of course for you; any further language is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all processes at reception and guest service distinguishes you.
• With good IT user knowledge in MS Office and ideally experience with Protel, you work efficiently and in a structured manner.
• Flexibility and willingness to work regular night shifts as well as high resilience characterize you.
• Through a winning appearance and business-fluent communication, you convince both on the telephone and in personal conversation.
• Discretion towards guests and loyalty to the company are a matter of course for you.
• Organizational talent, service orientation, and a strong sense for situations and people make you a warm host and experienced service provider.

Our offer

• Fixed-term seasonal position from the end of November 2026 to the end of March 2027
• 5-day week on average at 43.5 hours
• 5 weeks vacation and 6 public holidays per year
