Waiter / Waitress (M/F) - Extra

Le Quartier LôDzé is looking for Waiters / Waitresses (M/F) on an extra basis to reinforce its catering teams.
We are looking for motivated, dynamic, and autonomous individuals, endowed with an excellent sense of welcome and service, and committed to offering a high-quality customer experience.
Your missions:

• Prepare the dining room and ensure the setup before service.
• Welcome customers with professionalism and conviviality.
• Present the catering offer, advise customers, and take orders.
• Ensure the service of drinks, breakfasts, lunches, and other services offered by the establishment, according to needs.
• Transmit orders to the kitchen and ensure their follow-up.
• Ensure the setting, clearing of tables, and maintenance of the cleanliness of service areas.
• Manage reservations, their follow-up, and special customer requests.
• Perform billing and processing of payments.
• Ensure the maintenance of the equipment provided and compliance with hygiene and safety rules, notably HACCP.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, reception, and other departments to guarantee a smooth and high-quality service.
• Inform customers about the activities and attractions of the Valais region.

Profile sought:

• Experience in restaurant service, ideally in hospitality.
• Training in the field of catering, an asset.
• Excellent sense of welcome, communication, and customer satisfaction.
• Good presentation, dynamism, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Organization, speed of execution, and resistance to stress.
• Attention to detail and respect for service standards and hygiene rules.
• Flexibility and availability for varied schedules, including weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
