The Mensa Freies Gymnasium in Zürich has approx. 120 seats and a garden terrace with approx. 30 seats. 100-150 guests are catered for per day. The range extends from break-time catering to sandwiches, snacks, as well as daily changing menus at the self-service buffet. True to the ZFV philosophy, menus are offered with regional as well as ecologically sensible produced and fair-trade foods.

Are you our new team member who will support us as a Betriebstournant:e (60%) immediately or by arrangement? You will work from Monday to Friday with a 60% workload, each time from 09:00 to 14:00 or from 10:00 to 15:00.

Your area of activity:

• Greeting, serving, and advising guests
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction
• Plating the menus during lunch service
• Operating the cash register
• Preparation of the snack range as well as creation of the mise en place
• Ensuring an appealing presentation of goods
• Collaboration in the office area
• Collaboration at caterings and special events
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the working environment
• Carrying out general tidying and cleaning work
• Implementation and ensuring of quality standards and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.)
