Head of Service 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire service team and processes
• Active participation in daily service operations including cash reconciliation
• Personnel recruitment, personnel management and planning
• Responsibility for ordering, inventory and evaluation of new acquisitions
• Writing of work schedules / assignment of shifts and stations
• Compliance with and control of HACCP guidelines
• Event and offer planning as well as their pricing
• Support for all types of work from the Head of Kitchen or management

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Hotelier-Restaurateur HF or equivalent training with several years of leadership experience
• Very good IT skills, TCPOS knowledge is an advantage
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language
