Your tasks

In this responsible function, you will take over the operational management of the restaurant and, together with your team, ensure first-class service.

• Leadership and coordination of restaurant operations
• Professional and warm reception as well as care for the guests
• Ensuring a smooth service process at the highest level
• Leadership, motivation, and support of the service team
• Close cooperation with kitchen and management
• Co-responsibility for compliance with quality and service standards
• Active participation in daily operational business
• Ensuring a well-maintained and representative appearance of the restaurant

Requirement profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership function in upscale gastronomy
• Experience in gourmet or fine dining gastronomy
• Very good German, French, and English skills
• Confident and well-groomed appearance with a strong host mentality
• High service orientation and passion for upscale gastronomy
• Responsible, structured, and independent way of working
• Leadership competence as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Team spirit, commitment, and high quality standards
