Cook EFZ or Dietetic Cook

The Michel Gruppe AG comprises the psychiatric facility Privatklinik Meiringen, the Rehaklinik Hasliberg and the Stiftung Helsenberg with three residential homes and various workplaces, as well as the Wäscherei Haslital and Kindertagesstätte Haslital, as well as services in other areas. It employs a total of around 850 employees at various locations.

The hospitality team ensures the well-being of patients and employees in the areas of housekeeping and gastronomy of the various institutions.
At the Hasliberg location, we are looking for a personality with a passion for gastronomy and the joy of making a difference together with a committed team.

The different clinical pictures and nutritional needs of our patients, as well as individual offers for supplementary insured persons, make the task professionally exciting and varied. Nutrition is more than just catering for us: it should contribute to enjoyment, well-being and recovery.

Your tasks

• Preparation, assembly and processing of meals for patients, employees and guests
• Preparation of prescribed special diets and individual dietary forms
• Supervision and attractive presentation of our buffets and catering offers
• Ensuring our quality and hygiene standards
• Participation in goods management and economical resource use
• Active cooperation in the kitchen and hospitality team as well as with other specialist departments
• Thinking ahead, taking initiative and helping to shape our offers and processes

Our expectations

• Training as a Cook EFZ
• Experience in the healthcare sector or in communal catering is an advantage
• Knowledge in dietetics and special nutrition or interest in developing further in this area is an advantage
