Catering Manager

The employer is looking for a:

Manager (reported profession)

• organize and supervise the course of service
• take and manage reservations via the Localina reservation system
• check and set up the table plan
• welcome and bid farewell to customers
• excellent knowledge of the food, beverage, and wine menu
• manage complaints
• organize and conduct daily meetings with the team
• plan employees and monitor their working hours via the Mirus system
• regularly monitor the balances (rest days/holidays/vacations/overtime) of employees and react if necessary
• perform the daily cash closing and personally take the proceeds to the post office/bank. Responsible for the correctness of the latter
• check and manage internal and external goods orders via the TcPos computer system
• responsible for the monthly inventory
• responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, order, and cleanliness
• responsible for the goods and inventory of one's own department. In case of differences and/or shortages caused by negligence, one will be held responsible

Requirements:

• at least 3 years of previous experience
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• if necessary, flexibility to work in the other venues of Seven Group

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• degree of employment from 30% to 100%
• fixed-term employment from immediately until 31.01.2027
• salary according to CCNL
