Overall responsibility for the kitchen area and daily operations
Leadership, motivation and development of the kitchen team
Planning and organization of menus, banquets and events
Ensuring quality, hygiene and HACCP standards
Purchasing, goods control and monitoring of food costs
Development of seasonal and creative dishes
Close cooperation with F&B, service and hotel management

Your profile

Completed training as a chef
Several years of experience in a leadership position
Experience in the hotel industry or upscale gastronomy
Leadership skills, organizational talent and creativity
High awareness of quality and costs
Resilient, flexible and team-oriented
Good German skills, English is an advantage
