Your tasks:

• Participation in maintaining high-quality standards
• Independent management of a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
• High-quality preparation and production of dishes at GaultMillau level of 14 points
• Input in menu design
• Control and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP
• Continuous working hours without a split shift
