For our new restaurant Alaverdy, we are looking for a motivated and creative personality as a specialty chef / Chef de Partie with experience or great interest in Georgian cuisine.

You will become part of a new gastronomic concept and help to establish the authentic flavors of Georgia in Switzerland.

Your tasks:

Preparation of authentic Georgian specialties
Preparation and production for daily restaurant operations
Ensuring quality, taste and presentation
Collaboration in the development and optimization of our menu
Compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards
Organization of your own kitchen station
Support at events and special occasions
