YOUR TASKS

• You take care of our private patients regarding non-medical aspects, organize and satisfy their wishes and needs
• You welcome and accompany our private patients and are responsible for patient satisfaction as well as supporting departments in case of complaints
• You maintain a good working climate and optimal collaboration with all departments
• Administrative tasks as well as the management and active work with the CRM complete your profile of tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training in the field of hospitality or several years of professional experience in the field of Guest Relations
• You are a communicative, service-oriented and sociable person
• You master the use of modern IT infrastructures and have an autonomous, reliable and customer-oriented way of working
• You like working in a team and are flexible - your activity rate of 70 % is distributed over 5 working days
• Perfect mastery of allemand orally and in writing is required, any other language is an asset
