Deputy Head of Reception & Reservation (w/m/d | 100%)

These are your tasks
-You lead the reception & reservation team of 8- 10 employees in the absence of the Chef de Reception
-You lead, support and motivate the front office team in the absence of the Chef de Reception
-You look after our guests personally and by telephone and recognize their individual wishes and needs
-You are the warm and courteous contact person at the reception – check-ins and check-outs
-You are responsible for the professional processing of reservations, guest correspondence and administrative tasks
-You process guest feedback and complaints in a solution-oriented manner
-You ensure a smooth process at the reception and ensure warm guest service
-You perform further tasks - vouchers, kiosk and table reservations
-You continuously optimize existing processes and contribute your own ideas for improvement
-You ensure a correct daily and monthly closing as well as the billing
-You support the Hotel Management in the implementation of Revenue Management in close cooperation with the Revenue Partner Hotelpartner and are responsible for the Revenue sub-sector: Yield Management (operative price control)

-You have training in the hotel or tourism sector or comparable professional experience at a hotel reception in the 4*-sector
-You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain charming
-You have a high level of service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests
-You know the region or are willing to acquire this knowledge independently
-You are reliable, extremely conscientious and enjoy working independently as well as in a team
-You speak German and English – further languages are a plus
-You are IT-savvy and are familiar with the most common hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Aleno, common Office programs)
