YOUR TASKS ##

• You are our first business card: warm reception via telephone, email, and on-site
• Check-in and administrative processing for inpatient and outpatient patients
• Professional management of payments, mail, cash desks, and internal processes
• Collaboration in internal processes such as on-call lists, employee offers, or process improvements
• Cooperation with colleagues from various areas - always with the goal that our patients feel well cared for

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Commercial basic training and several years of experience at a reception, ideally in a hospital or high-end hospitality
• Very good German skills and good English skills are a must-criterion, Italian skills are a great plus. All other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Enjoyment of direct guest contact, resilience, and a professional appearance even in hectic situations
• Organizational talent, flexibility, and IT affinity
• Openness to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape processes
