A social hostel intended for marginalized or vulnerable people, the Résidence Les Sources wishes to complete its team and is looking, to replace our kitchen manager, for an immediate start and on a fixed-term contract: A Cook. Depending on the evolution within the kitchen team and the needs of the Résidence, this contract could evolve into a permanent contract. Job description: * Development, preparation and service of balanced menus, in collaboration with the kitchen team * Making homemade products (fries, desserts, etc.) * Participation in stock and food management as well as in placing orders * Participation in the supervision and support of our residents active in the kitchen * Participation in cleaning and maintenance work of the premises and kitchen equipment * Collaboration in the general smooth running of the kitchen Your profile: You hold a CFC in cooking or an equivalent qualification. You have professional experience in a kitchen. You are interested in working in a social context and with a vulnerable population. You are a dynamic, autonomous and organized person, demonstrating flexibility and a great capacity for adaptation. Comfortable working in a team, you are attentive, benevolent and appreciate human relations. You are motivated to take on new challenges and to invest yourself in a project that places cooking and sharing meals at the heart of the life of the Résidence.
