Your profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound specialist knowledge in the bar area as well as experience in professional cocktail preparation
• Fluent German and English skills
• Readiness for shift, weekend, and holiday services
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
• Strong quality awareness, teamwork skills, and enjoyment in the leadership and training of employees

Your tasks

• Professional care and advice of our guests with individual recommendations and active upselling
• Technical guidance and active training of the employees in the bar area
• Independent management of the bar including cash collection and cash reconciliation
• Ensuring smooth service processes and efficient cooperation in the team
• Responsibility for the ordering process, goods control, and inventory management
• Compliance with and control of hygiene, quality, and service standards within your own area of responsibility
