YOUR TASKS
You are part of a committed kitchen team in dynamic flight operations and inspire our guests in the restaurant WINGS as well as in the catering area for airline and business aviation customers with high-quality dishes.

• Professional preparation and cooking of lunch menus as well as à la carte dishes
• Independent working in all kitchen areas including Mise en Place
• Creative preparation of high-quality dishes for scheduled, charter, and business aviation customers
• Ensuring smooth processes in kitchen operations together with the team
• Guaranteeing and consistently complying with hygiene and quality standards
• Provision and delivery of catering trolleys with the internal company vehicle directly to the aircraft
• Support with goods orders and goods control
• Completion of administrative tasks such as order processing via e-mail (German & English), billing and documentation

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Completed training as Koch/Köchin EFZ with several years of professional experience
• Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality with humor and attention to detail
• Well-groomed and service-oriented appearance
• Very good German as well as good English skills
• Flawless reputation (criminal record extract mandatory)
• Driver's license category B
