Preparation of the dough as well as mise en place of the ingredients.
Ensuring a constantly high quality in taste and presentation.
Organization of one's own workplace and support of the kitchen team.
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).

Requirements:
Experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a comparable position.
Good knowledge in dough production, processing and pizza techniques.
Independent, careful and efficient way of working.
Teamwork skills, resilience and passion for high-quality gastronomy.
