Your tasks ##

• With passion and foresight, you will lead the opening of our new health restaurant to success.
• As a central hub, you will coordinate all project activities and connect different specialist departments with one another.
• Together with internal and external specialists, you will develop an innovative guest experience revolving around health, nutrition, and enjoyment.
• You will bring the gastronomy and health concept to life operationally and contribute to continuous further development.
• From tastings and team training to the pre-opening phase, you will ensure a professional and inspiring implementation.
• You will keep deadlines, budgets, and quality standards in view at all times and ensure a successful start of operations.

Your profile ##

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in the field of hotel management, gastronomy, or Food & Beverage.
• Experience in project management, new openings, or the implementation of innovative concepts.
• Passion for modern nutrition, health, hospitality, and extraordinary guest experiences.
• Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on mentality and high implementation strength.
• Distinct organizational and communication skills as well as a confident appearance towards different stakeholders.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with the necessary flexibility for a dynamic build-up phase
