The family-run Alpenresort Eienwäldli Engelberg offers pure enjoyment & relaxation amidst a dreamlike mountain landscape for both local and tourist guests with a 5-star campsite, a 3-star superior hotel, a culinary restaurant, a cozy bistro, its own wellness & spa facility and a small shop. To support our reception team, we are looking for, as of immediately or by arrangement, a

Receptionist 80 to 100%
w/m/d

Main tasks

• Warm welcome and individual care of our hotel and camping guests, whether in person, by telephone or by e-mail
• Flexibly distributed shifts, well-planned and ideal for the balance of job and private life
• Creation of offers and reservations as well as processing of guest feedback
• Daily closures and booking of daily turnovers
• General correspondence as well as organizational and administrative tasks
• Check-ins and check-outs of our guests

What you should bring

• Openness, warmth and humor – this is how you inspire both guests and the team
• Commitment, flexibility and perseverance – especially in the high season we need your full power
• German as a mother or second language and good English skills – further foreign languages are a bonus
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable experience in the hotel industry/reservations – that would be perfect!
