Spa Receptionist

Mandatory criteria:

• You are a graduate of a hotel school / CFC specialist in hospitality / BTS Hospitality
• You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, which must have been acquired in a Spa within luxury hospitality
• Bilingual French/English, other languages an asset
• Proficiency in IT tools is indispensable

Mission:

• Ensure the physical and telephone reception of our clients
• Arrange appointments for treatments, massages, cures, packages, personal training sessions,… by optimizing the therapists' working time and promoting the diversity of the services offered
• Manage the billing of services related to the Spa
• Promote Spa treatments and products by providing professional advice to our clients
• Systematically optimize the satisfaction level of our clientele
• Promote the various services of the hotel and the Groupe Michel Reybier Hospitality
• Apply the quality standards of the hotel and Leading Hotels of the World

Profile:
Endowed with an excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills, your sense of customer service, your empathy and your dynamism will be indispensable qualities.
Of a smiling nature, your autonomy, organization, flexibility and availability will be major assets for this position.
