chef de partie

The employer is looking for a:

"commis de cuisine" or "chef de partie" cook (reported profession)

Requirements:

• excellent knowledge of basic as well as more advanced preparations
• excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, fish-based cuisine and modern cuisine
• knowledge of cooking methodologies for dishes
• previous experience as a cook of at least 3 years
• excellent knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards and ability to put them into practice
• good communication skills in Italian
• team spirit
• ability to work with thriftiness and respect for products and food
• fast learner
• good memory
• good physical resistance
• reliability, punctuality, precision and with much passion for one's work
• driving license cat. B
• having one's own car

• employment at 80-100%
• employment from immediately, fixed-term until 31.10.2026
