Junior Sous Chef (m/f/d) Banquet

We are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date with a:

Junior Sous Chef Banquet / Deputy Head Chef in the banquet area (m/f/d)

• As Junior Sous Chef Banquet, you will support the management of our banquet kitchen team and lead by example, so that our guests' mouths water

Your main tasks:

• As our Junior Sous Chef Banquet, you are not only a master of success, but also keep a cool head during large events and high guest volume!
• Our kitchen team is obsessed with developing flavors and igniting a culinary firework that exceeds expectations and creates unforgettable moments for our guests
• You support the planning, organization, and operational execution of our extensive banquet and event business
• Cooking is your passion and your creativity takes the quality of our ingredients to a new level, always with an eye for high standards
• You support the Executive Chef and the leadership team in controlling food costs, stocks, as well as ensuring efficient workflows in the banquet area
• Together with your team, you ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards as well as a smooth process during events
• You are part of a team that offers incredible service with passion and believes in the possibility that everything is achievable – and always has fun at work in the process!

What you bring with you:

• You bring experience in the kitchen area, ideally in the banquet, event, or large-scale catering business, as well as strong supervisory and management skills with a practical approach and a working style where you lead by example
• Good German and English skills
• Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
• Ability to find creative solutions and give advice and recommendations
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that requires peak performance, time, and energy
• You are open to digital tools and quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• Strong communication skills
