Job profile

Area of responsibility with us

• Active participation in all areas of the kitchen (including show kitchen)
• Preparation of all dishes with the kitchen team, creation of mise en place and development of local and varied menus for our special events
• Responsibility for purchasing, costing and inventory
• Creation of work, leave and holiday planning for the kitchen team
• Ensuring and organising a smooth kitchen operation from A to Z
• Maintaining the high quality standard, implementing the hygiene concept (including training of employees)

Personal profile

What we are looking for

• Experience in gastronomy and classic cuisine
• Good knowledge of German, additional languages advantageous (e.g. Italian, English, Portuguese)
• Independent working style, resilient, team-oriented and communicative
• Friendly and motivated demeanour
• Clean and organised working
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and resilient
