These are your tasks: YOU...
... First point of contact for our external guests and representation of CERVO Hospitality.
... Coordination and management of all table reservations for Bazaar, Ferdinand and Madre Nostra – via e-mail, telephone, WhatsApp and on-site.
... Reception, accompaniment and seating of our guests for breakfast, lunch, dinner and après-ski.
... Support during après-ski and ensuring a special Guest Experience.
... Personal advice to our guests as well as enthusiasm for further CERVO offers and experiences.
... Active upselling of additional experiences and products.
... Management of the CERVO Shop and creation of a stylish, personal shopping experience.
... Coordination of special requests, VIPs and special occasions.
... Close cooperation with the restaurant, Front Office and Guest Agent teams.
