Team Leader Service Staff Restaurant 100% (m/f/d) in a 5* Hotel

Introduction

A team leader position in the staff restaurant is being filled for an exclusive hotel resort in the Alps. The focus is on efficient organization and qualitatively constant catering for internal stakeholders. We are looking for a structured personality with leadership competence and service understanding.

Tasks

• You manage the staff restaurant operationally and ensure smooth processes
• You coordinate and plan the daily service for internal guests
• You lead, train, and develop your team in daily work
• You ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• You monitor goods orders, stock levels, and economical use
• You actively work in service and are the contact person for internal concerns

Profile

• You bring several years of experience in the service sector as well as initial leadership experience
• You work organized, independently, and take responsibility in daily business
• You convince with a professional appearance and clear communication
• You are flexible in your deployment and maintain an overview even in lively situations
• You have good German skills, other languages are an advantage
