Ringgenberg is forging new paths. For this, we are looking for an experienced, creative personality who does not just understand gastronomy, but lives it. Someone who recognizes trends, develops ideas and inspires people with passion.

YOUR MISSION

• You are a host by conviction – in the middle of the action, close to the guests.
• You lead and inspire a team of around 20 employees.
• You develop fresh ideas and implement them consistently.
• You are responsible for quality, offerings, training and operational organization.
• You maintain an overview even administratively (20–30 %).

YOUR PROFILE

You bring leadership experience as a Managing Director or deputy, are administratively proficient and know the gastronomy of today – and tomorrow. You are a seasoned personality, decisive, creative and like being where life happens: with our guests.
