Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) 100 % - Day shifts, events & leadership responsibility | Region Aargau

Introduction

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced leader for the management of an established restaurant and event business in the Region Aargau. You can expect a varied position with a lot of personal responsibility, direct guest contact and the opportunity to actively shape service quality, team culture and events.

Tasks

• Operational and personnel management of the restaurant business
• Leadership, development and deployment planning of the service team
• Ensuring a professional and guest-oriented service process
• Responsibility for banquets, seminars and events
• Care for guests as well as maintenance of regular customer relationships
• Co-responsibility for budget, turnover and cost of goods sold
• Ensuring and further development of quality and service standards
• Cooperation with kitchen, administration and management

Profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Several years of experience in a leadership function in service
• Distinctive host personality with high social competence
• Organizational strength and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in the banquet and event sector is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills, other languages an advantage
