Chef de Cuisine 100% (m/f/d) for a modern 4* hotel

Introduction

A business-minded leadership personality is being sought for the overall management of the kitchen for an upscale hotel operation with several gastronomic concepts.
The position offers the opportunity to actively shape culinary concepts and to strategically and operationally further develop several outlets.
A personality is sought who successfully combines enjoyment, leadership, and profitability.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the entire culinary direction of several restaurant and bar concepts and continuously develop them
• You design seasonal menu concepts and ensure a harmonious overall gastronomic experience
• You lead a kitchen team of around 12 employees and promote its development through coaching and clear leadership
• You control inventory management, purchasing, food cost, and budget figures with high cost awareness
• You optimize processes and ensure that quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction remain at the highest level
• You maintain close cooperation with suppliers as well as the service, front office, and F&B departments

Profile

• You have completed training as a Koch / Köchin EFZ or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a leading function within upscale hospitality or gastronomy
• You combine creativity with economic thinking and understand the requirements of modern kitchen organization
• You bring leadership competence and know how to sustainably motivate and develop teams
• You work in a structured, resilient manner and maintain an overview even in intensive operational phases
• You have very good German skills, further language skills are an advantage
