The Andreasklinik Cham Zug is located in the heart of Cham -- embedded in a quiet and beautiful environment. The clinic specializes in the musculoskeletal system with orthopedics as well as neuro- and spinal surgery. Additionally, it offers comprehensive regional healthcare with the specialist departments of gynecology including breast cancer medicine, urology, general surgery, general internal medicine, as well as an emergency department open during the day and in the evening. YOUR TASKS

• Preparing and providing meals, apéros etc.
• Service and distribution of meals at the counter, at events and banquets
• Assistance in the design and development of new dishes and recipes
• Ordering of food and beverages
• Compliance with and implementation of our hygiene guidelines
• Active participation in the guidance of trainees

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a passionate cook EFZ and bring professional experience in dietary kitchens, preferably in hospital or home kitchens or in high-end gastronomy
• You are an enthusiastic, service-oriented and cheerful personality with a high awareness of quality and enjoy taking on responsibility
• You feel comfortable in a mixed and dynamic team
• Very good German skills as well as flexibility and resilience round off your profile
