Job Description

• You ensure attractive, fresh, and demand-oriented catering for employees and guests on a daily basis.
• You coordinate kitchen production, ensure the highest quality standards, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• You lead and promote employees, temporary staff, and apprentices, and take responsibility for operational deployment planning.
• You ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality, and audit requirements and are the contact person for internal and external audits.
• In the absence of the site manager, you assume overall responsibility for the staff restaurant and coordinate administrative tasks, orders, and monthly statements.

Desired Profile

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function with initial leadership responsibility.
• Completed as Cook EFZ
• German (business fluent)
• Very high quality standards as well as good user knowledge in handling digital work tools and administrative processes.
• You convince through service orientation, leadership, team spirit, and respectful interaction with people.
• You work in a structured, resilient, and solution-oriented manner, show initiative, and approach challenges with perseverance and reliability.
