Its headquarters, located in Rolle (VD), brings together all administrative functions and gathers more than one hundred employees.

In order to complete the kitchen team of an establishment in the Canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:

Chef de cuisine at 100%

We give you the opportunity to join the leader in contract catering in Switzerland, offering attractive working conditions to its employees as well as advantageous social security coverage.

Your mission:

• Participate in the production of hot & cold cuisine, as well as the distribution of meals.
• Lead the kitchen team and organize the work to guarantee smooth and rapid production.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction and the quality of the prepared dishes, by maintaining high standards.
• Manage orders respecting internal directives and ensure the maintenance of an optimal stock to meet needs.
• Guarantee strict compliance with hygiene rules according to current HACCP standards, thus ensuring the food safety of the guests.
• Preparation for events and collaboration with dietitians.
• Ensure the cleanliness of utensils, kitchen premises and annexes, in accordance with established protocols.
• Supervise, train and support your team on a daily basis.

Your profile:

• You benefit from proven experience in the field of traditional and contract catering.
• You have a true team spirit, constant motivation and a pronounced taste for challenges.
• Creative and having a sense of innovation, you propose gourmet and original culinary services to energize the offering.
• Proactive, rigorous and with excellent organizational skills.
• Mastery of French required.
• CFC as a cook or a title deemed equivalent requested.
