Sous Chef 100% (m/w/d) in an Asian Fusion Restaurant

Introduction

A key position in the kitchen organization is being filled for a modern gastronomic concept with an international character.

The kitchen combines authentic Asian flavors, high-quality products, and a dynamic way of working at a high level.

We are looking for a committed personality who takes responsibility, leads the team, and leads by example operationally.

Tasks

• You support the kitchen management in everyday operations and take over their deputy role during absences
• You coordinate the processes in the kitchen and ensure smooth service
• You actively work at the various stations and ensure professional production
• You monitor the goods receipt, inventory management, and the correct handling of food
• You lead employees in daily business and support the further development of the team
• You ensure that quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met at all times

Profile

• You have completed training as a Koch / Köchin EFZ
• You have professional experience in international gastronomy, ideally with points of contact to Asian cuisine
• You bring initial leadership experience and enjoy taking on responsibility
• You work independently, organized, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• You have a pronounced sense of quality and high standards for your work
• You have very good German and/or English skills
