Under the responsibility of the Chef de Cuisine, you take charge of the organization and the smooth running of your section during each service. As the guarantor of the quality of the preparations entrusted to you, you participate actively in the mise en place, production, sending, and plating of dishes in compliance with the high standards of the establishment. Attentive to detail, you ensure the supply of your station, the proper management of goods, as well as an optimal use of raw materials in order to limit losses. You work in close collaboration with the entire brigade to ensure perfect coordination of services and contribute actively to maintaining an exemplary working environment, both in terms of quality and respect for hygiene and food safety standards.

Holder of a CFC in cooking or an equivalent training, you benefit from confirmed experience as a Chef de partie acquired within high-end or gastronomic establishments. Passionate about your profession, you demonstrate rigor, organization, and an excellent sense of detail in the execution of your missions. You enjoy teamwork, know how to effectively manage periods of high activity, and move with ease in an environment where excellence, consistency, and customer satisfaction constitute daily priorities.
