F&B Assistant 80-100% (w/m/d)

The F&B Assistant ensures that the F&B departments have everything they need for operational business and, together with the Operations Manager and the department heads, takes care of the administrative processes. In our house in Zürich, we look forward to having you as an F&B Assistant (w/m/d).

What your working day looks like …

• You ensure correct billing and clean administrative processes
• You participate in budget preparation and keep an eye on the evaluations and analyses in the F&B area
• You support the ordering system and optimal inventory management
• As a trained gastronome, you never lose track, even when one project chases the next
• You create F&B reportings, analyze sales, costs, and food costs, and keep an eye on the most important key figures
• You coordinate inventories, control stocks, and get to the bottom of discrepancies
• You work closely with our Operations Manager and the F&B teams and contribute your own ideas to optimize our processes

• You have professional experience in a similar role and are a passionate F&B professional
• You enjoy trying things out and taking unconventional paths
• You are an organizational talent and your IT skills speak for themselves
• You bring not only your skills but also your character
• You speak fluent German
