Operations Manager 100% (m/f/d) in a summer and winter operation

Introduction

A business-minded leadership personality is being sought for a seasonally characterized gastronomy concept with high charisma and strong market presence.
The position combines two different experience worlds and offers the opportunity to actively further develop and shape an operation.
A personality is sought who combines operational excellence, organizational talent, and genuine hosting qualities.

Tasks

• You assume overall responsibility for the operation and control all processes throughout the entire year
• You lead and develop your team and ensure a motivating and performance-oriented work culture
• You are responsible for personnel deployment planning, purchasing, inventory management, and the organization of daily business
• You ensure that quality, service, and guest experience are implemented at a constantly high level
• You work closely with internal and external partners and coordinate projects, events, and promotions
• You recognize potential in the operation and successfully implement new ideas and concepts

Profile

• You have several years of experience in a leadership function within gastronomy or hospitality
• You are a present hosting personality with a high orientation toward service
• You work entrepreneurially and understand operational key figures and economic contexts
• You bring organizational skill, decisiveness, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally also in English
• You enjoy leading people and actively further developing concepts
