The Gstaad Palace with 90 rooms and suites, 5 restaurants, 2 bars and a legendary nightclub is an internationally known 5-star luxury hotel. It is owned by the Scherz family and is one of the last traditionally family-run Grand Hotels - a landmark of Switzerland.

We are looking for, starting approx. mid-December 2026 or by arrangement, a

Commis Pâtisserie
in a fixed-term employment relationship (winter season 2026/2027)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Carrying out all work in the production area according to quality and management guidelines
• Preparation, processing and plating of all desserts, cakes and small pastries according to instructions and consultation with the Chef Pâtissier
• Providing the necessary mise-en-place
• Compliance with kitchen standards as well as hygiene regulations
• Proper storage of all food
• Care and cleaning of all work areas and work equipment
• Compliance with all HACCP guidelines

What characterizes you:

• You have a completed professional apprenticeship as a Konditor/ Confiseur
• You have already been able to gain initial professional experience in first-class establishments
• In addition to your quality awareness, you are characterized by flexibility, resilience, team spirit and commitment
• Communication in English and/or Italian, other languages are an advantage
