We are looking for a Head Chef / Head Chef (female)

Your area of activity:

• Leadership and organization of the kitchen area
• Planning and implementation of the menu
• Ensuring the constant quality of the food
• Organization of the mise en place
• Leadership and coordination of the kitchen team
• Ordering of goods and inventory management
• Compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Co-responsibility for a smooth kitchen workflow

What you bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience as a Head Chef/Head Chef (female)
• Sound knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Leadership experience
• Organizationally strong and resilient personality
• Quality awareness
• Able to work in a team and reliable
• Good German and Italian language skills are an advantage
