Montfort Boutique Hotel will open its doors in Haute-Nendaz in October 2026. To bring this new address to life, we are looking for committed and dynamic employees.

Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Vallées domain, our establishment offers 44 rooms, a restaurant with 120 covers, a bar, a terrace, a seminar room, as well as a wellness area.

To strengthen our restaurant team, we are recruiting 1 Maître d'Hôtel (M/F) in CDI (variable rate of 60-100%), with the following main missions:

• Supervise and coordinate dining room service to guarantee an exceptional customer experience
• Welcome, advise, and accompany customers throughout their experience
• Organize the dining room setup and ensure the smooth running of services
• Supervise and support the dining room team on a daily basis
• Train employees in the establishment's service standards
• Ensure coordination between the dining room, the kitchen, and other services
• Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and presentation standards

• Excellent presentation and a real sense of hospitality
• Management skills and natural leadership
• Proven experience in a similar position in catering
• Proficiency in French and English is indispensable; knowledge of a 3rd language is an asset
